Cocina y vino, Venezuela’s most prominent gastronomic magazine, published several of Romero’s interviews with outstanding figures of Latin American haute cuisine: from Venezuelan rum producers Alberto and Henrique Vollmer (Ron Santa Teresa) to Chilean wine connoisseur Patricio Tapia and Isabel Álvarez Novoa, owner of El Señorío de Sulco in Lima, the altar of Peru’s traditional cooking.
