At the National Art Gallery in Caracas, Romero worked on the promotion of the exhibition The invention of continuity, conceived by Luis Enrique Pérez Oramas, the Estrellita Brodsky curator of Latin American Art for the Department of Drawings and Prints at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, and Ariel Jiménez, historian and curator of modern and contemporary art.
